Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional located in Chennai. The HR professional will be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources activities. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Additional responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience in handling Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) would be beneficial
