Role Overview

Join our team in Nerul as a Legal Operations Intern where you will bridge the gap between our legal experts and our clients. This role is designed for those who want to master the "business of law." You will not just manage files; you will be the voice of the firm, ensuring every client stays informed, supported, and updated on their legal journey.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison: Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via professional communication channels.
  • Proactive Updates: Conduct routine follow-ups to keep clients informed about their case status and upcoming milestones.
  • Case Logistics: Assist in gathering essential evidence, signatures, and documentation needed for timely court filings.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules for the legal team and ensure clients are well-prepared for consultations or hearings.
  • Information Management: Maintain accuracy in our internal case tracking systems (CMS) and Excel databases.
  • Quality Assurance: Facilitate client feedback sessions to help the firm continuously improve its service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Open to current students (any year) or freshers looking for an entry-level internship.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and local languages.
  • Disposition: High level of empathy and patience, with the ability to handle sensitive client situations calmly.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and basic digital management tools.
