We are pleased to invite internal applications for the role of Paralegal (Legal Support & Administration) to support the Legal & Secretarial Department. Employees who are interested in exploring a role involving legal documentation, administrative support, and coordination activities are encouraged to apply.

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts and POs.
  • Help maintain the contract database and track contract timelines, renewals, and obligations.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Help in managing document control, safe custody, and record-keeping of executed agreements and legal files.
  • Stay updated on relevant changes in laws and regulations applicable to the business. Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong foundational understanding of Indian corporate and contract law.
  • Good drafting and communication skills.
    • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet timelines.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred:
  • Internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm is an advantage.
