 A natural communicator who can understand client needs, pitch designs, and close deals.

 Experience in client presentations, negotiations, and project consultations.

 Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability—designs that sell

 Confidence in handling client objections and building long-term relationships.

2. The Creative Visionary (Design Focused)

 Strong skills in space planning, concept development, and 3D visualization.

 Expertise in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Enscape, or Corona for photorealistic renders.

 Ability to present designs persuasively and manage projects from concept to execution.

 A keen eye for trends, materials, and aesthetics that elevate interiors.
