Job Title: Junior Interior Designer

Job Location:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with fellow designers to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role involves concept development, client interaction, material selection, and coordination of design projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the interior design team to develop and refine creative design solutions.

  • Conduct research on concepts, materials and products to support the design team on technical and aesthetic considerations.

  • Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and meet key milestones.

  • Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and provide design-related recommendations.

  • Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing engaging design presentations.

  • Source and select furniture, materials, finishes and decor that align with the design vision and budget constraints.

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging products or technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in interior design or a related discipline (entry-level positions may be available).

  • Proficiency in design software.

  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • A strong eye for design details, texture and space planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial, residential or hospitality design projects.

  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and materials.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
