Opulence is seeking a
creative and skilled Interior Designer
to design and deliver stunning interiors for both
residential homes
and
commercial spaces
. The ideal candidate will combine functionality with aesthetics, ensuring that every project reflects luxury, innovation, and client personality. From concept to execution, you will play a key role in creating interiors that inspire and impress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    concepts, layouts, and detailed designs
    for residential and commercial interiors.
  • Create
    2D drawings and 3D visualizations
    to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Prepare
    mood boards, color schemes, material palettes, and furniture selections
    .
  • Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Supervise on-site work to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Stay updated with
    latest design trends, materials, and technologies
    .
  • Deliver
    presentations and proposals
    to clients in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in
    Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    residential and commercial interior design projects
    .
  • Proficiency in design software like
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
    .
  • Strong sense of
    space planning, lighting, and material selection
    .
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
  • Strong creativity with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in
    luxury home interiors and corporate/commercial spaces
    .
  • Knowledge of
    modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture solutions
    .
  • Ability to handle projects from
    concept to handover
    .
