Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the interior design and construction sector. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the design and execution teams to deliver customized interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new leads into clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage client consultations to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives (if applicable).
- Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to design/execution teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven 2–6 years of experience in interior sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong network in the real estate and interior design industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand design concepts and explain them to clients effectively.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
