Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage destination services as per AOP targets.
  • Monitor operational cost within the parameters set on a monthly basis.
  • Manage accounts receivables for the branches through local collections within the set targets.
  • Design destination program for overseas assignees.
  • Deliver and execute programs within defined TATs and quality norms.
  • Managing operations cost for all the programs conducted.
  • Deliver and execute VIP programs personally.
  • Timely resolution of escalations to ensure that escalations do not result in a customer complaint within the specified TATs. To resolve issues as per the set service level agreements.
  • Monitor and execute seamless end to end operations on a daily basis ensuring compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure good customer satisfaction scores in the Get 5 program.
  • Maintain relationships with select key accounts in the branch /region to ensure continued business development.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years of direct relocation experience or related customer service experience.
  • Knowledge / experience of international relocation assignment management.
  • Knowledge / experience of global business and mobility operations.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify potential problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and consultative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with individuals at various levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to function as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in an effective manner.
