Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing tender documents, identifying project opportunities, and analyzing tender requirements. Additional tasks include managing bid submissions, coordinating with internal teams, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with policies and standards. The Tendering Executive will also be expected to maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Tender Documents, Bid Proposals, and handling procurement processes
  • Ability to analyze technical and commercial requirements of tenders and implement bidding strategies
  • Strong knowledge in contract management, project costing, and compliance documentation
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining records and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical, is required
  • Prior experience in the infrastructure or construction industry would be an asset
