Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Tender Executive will manage the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders for solar EPC projects to meet deadlines effectively. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, preparing detailed proposals, maintaining compliance with tender requirements, coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary inputs, and tracking tender activities. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company policies while providing regular updates to stakeholders on tender progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience with tender preparation, bid management, and proposal writing
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in research, data analysis, compliance verification, and documentation preparation
  • Basic understanding of solar EPC projects, procurement practices, and construction methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective coordination across departments
  • Relevant experience in renewable energy or infrastructure industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
