Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Global Tender Executive for our Ahmedabad location at Doshion Poly Science Pvt Ltd. This full-time position involves spearheading and managing tender processes in line with the company's objectives. The role requires a dedicated professional adept in handling various aspects of tender management from coordination to submission, ensuring compliance and effective communication throughout.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Tender Coordination & Submission (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the end-to-end coordination and submission of global tenders.
  • Tender Management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to manage all elements of the tender cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Bid Coordination (Mandatory skill): Skilled in coordinating bid processes to ensure timely and precise submissions.
  • Tender Identification: Ability to identify new tender opportunities in the market that align with Doshion's strategic objectives.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaison & Communication: Strong liaison capabilities with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth tender operations.
  • Follow-Up & Coordination: Competent in following up on pending tenders and coordinating with teams for successful bid outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze tender documents and evaluate compliance requirements effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of global tenders ensuring they meet all formal requirements.
  • Coordinate internally with various departments to gather necessary inputs and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Maintain an updated database of tenders and regularly follow up on submitted proposals.
  • Analyze tender requirements and provide strategic recommendations to escalate bidding success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to pursue tendering opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the tendering process.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential bidding opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on tender activities and results to management.
