
HR Payroll Executive

Job description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process payroll for multiple clients, including data entry, calculations, and verification of timesheets, deductions, and adjustments.
- Work efficiently on Busy Software for payroll management, compliance tasks, and invoice generation.
- Ensure timely calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory returns related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance calendars for all clients and ensure no deadlines are missed.
- Prepare challans, returns, registers, and ensure proper documentation as per law.
- Handle inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities.
- Keep updated with amendments in labor laws and payroll-related legislations and implement changes accordingly.Generate accurate and timely invoices for multiple clients based on payroll data and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, Leave policies, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST filings.
- Accurately calculate statutory contributions and deductions and ensure timely submission to respective authorities.
- Manage payroll-related documentation, including tax filings, benefit deductions, and employee records.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and payslips to clients.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and statutory laws to maintain compliance.
- Assist in setting up new clients in the payroll system, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Busy Software for payroll, compliance, and invoice generation processes.
- In-depth understanding of statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity, and GST.
- Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in generating and managing invoices for multiple clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
