Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage - Guest Service Associate (M/F) located in Kumarakom,Kottayam. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks include attending to guests, answering inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining clear communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

  • Guest Services and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
