Job Title:

Retail Manager – Cloth Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cloth sales section. The Retail Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clothing retail section.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock display, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Maintain proper store layout, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
  • Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
  • Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role (preferably in textiles/clothing).
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing (preferred).
