KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Preventive, predictive and break down maintenance of Utility and Plant machines as per the schedule
  • Coordinate with supervisor for the availability of utilities like Compressed air, Power, Steam, Chilled water and Water as per the internal customer requirement.
  • Responsible continuous process improvements in terms of energy saving and Cost saving and automation.
  • Adhere to GMP practices. Adhere to safety & quality standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively identifying areas of obstruction of Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment.
  • Daily monitoring and maintaining logbooks electrical systems performances like Power consumption(kwh), power factor, voltage, etc.
  • Reviewing the consumption of section wise power, briquette, diesel, etc.
  • Maintain a complete record of all Engineering.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in Engineering.
  • Identify and implement projects on sustainability and EHS.

c. Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentations Exposure.

d. Budgeting Control & Statutory Compliance.

e. Having good exposure on ISO & ISO 22716 requirements
