TOOL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER:

Role & responsibilities

  • Tooling Development and Prove out.
  • Stamping Tool Maintenance / Calibrations.
  • In process & Customer complaint related to in house process.
  • Special Projects implementation for productivity improvements initiatives.
  • Kaizens & 5 S activities related to process.
  • Vendor follow up, Train the trainees, Tool Spare cost estimation, Machine capacity.
  • Completion of Process Documents.
  • New Project machine requirement improvement updation considering existing process issue.
  • Supporting production team related to Tooling issues.
  • Identification of possible automations & new technology , implementation.
  • Addressing line stoppage due to process issue.
  • Maintaining of ISO Documents.

Key Authority :-

Authorized for Developing new project critical spare maintained , 5 S activity.

Key Result Areas:

Co ordinate with production team to achieve production as per plan ( Tool Service in on time)

Reducing the Breakdown/ Customer Complaints.

Reverse Engineering implementation to reduce the CAPEX Cost.

Competencies :-

Identified and Implementing Kaizen and Suggestion / Customer Focus/ Cost control/ Cost focus.

Preferred candidate profile

BE -Mech with 4+ years of Experience Stamping Tool Maintenance Engineer.
