Position:* Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) Inside Sales
*Location:* Hebbal, Bangalore (Central Sales Hub)
*Payroll:* CIEL HR Services
*Company:* GMMCO (Construction Equipment Sales)
The role is *100% office-based* and focuses on supporting the field sales team. The TSE will:
* Handle *inside sales activities* (calling, lead conversion, customer handling).
* Convert high-quality sales opportunities into confirmed deals.
* Improve *lead response time* and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Act as a bridge between *field sales* and *customers*, ensuring smooth communication.
* Be responsible for achieving *sales conversion targets* from inside sales efforts.
*Important Points for Sourcing Candidates:*
* *Location:* Must be comfortable working at Hebbal (centralized hub).
* *Language:* *Tamil mandatory* (since customer base requires Tamil communication).
* *Industry Preference:* Candidates with experience in *equipment sales* or *software sales* are preferred (because both involve technical/product understanding + solution selling).
* *Salary:* Up to 35,000 (fixed, no field allowances since it's office-based).
