Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Plan, execute, and monitor all finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, doors, windows, joinery, and fixtures.
  • Ensure all finishing activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Supervise contractors and subcontractors to maintain productivity and workmanship quality.
  • Conduct daily inspections of site activities and provide feedback for rectifications or improvements.

2. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Enforce quality control measures and maintain checklists for all finishing stages.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved samples and standards.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing and approvals.
  • Ensure snag-free completion and defect rectification before handover.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and civil execution teams for smooth coordination.
  • Interface with procurement for material requirement planning and timely availability.
  • Support the billing team with measurements and progress data.

4. Project Scheduling & Reporting

  • Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and update project schedules.
  • Monitor resource utilization and report any shortfall or delay.
  • Ensure finishing works are completed as per planned milestones.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to site safety practices during finishing works.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Comply with company and statutory HSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 512 years in real estate / construction industry with hands-on experience in finishing works.
  • Domain Expertise: Residential / Commercial / High-rise / Luxury projects.
