Job Title: Engineer Finishing (Residential Project)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to oversee and manage all finishing works on a residential construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards, timely execution, and coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute interior and exterior finishing works (plaster, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, etc.)
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and quality teams for smooth progress.
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve finishing-related issues on-site.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness at the worksite during finishing stages.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finishing works for residential projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
