Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil & Interior Finishing Supervisor based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing site activities related to civil construction and interior finishing projects to ensure work is completed to the highest standards. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining quality control, coordinating with team members, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with project plans and safety protocols. Additional duties include ensuring smooth on-site operations and clear communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience, with a focus on efficient project execution
  • Proficiency in On-Site management and ensuring Quality Control standards
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination between clients, contractors, and team members
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and project specifications
  • Solid understanding of civil and interior finishing processes and materials
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Previous experience in residential and commercial construction projects is an advantage
