Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finishing Engineer located in Mumbai. The Finishing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality and progress of interior finishing works, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining project schedules. The role involves regular site inspections, addressing technical issues, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to during construction activities.

Key Responsibility

  • Experience in interior finishing works, including plastering, painting, and installation of fixtures
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and the tools involved in the finishing process
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and coordinating resources and schedules
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools

Qualificattion & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in similar roles within large High rise building projects is a plus
  • 5 to 6 years of experience as a finishing engineer from real estate contracting firm would be preferred.
