About the Position

We are seeking engineers passionate about developing
scalable, high-performance backend systems

that support AI-driven applications. You will work on systems that handle large-scale video and traffic data, integrating AI models with efficient APIs, while ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development:

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using
FastAPI

.

  • AI Model Integration:

Collaborate with AI teams to deploy computer vision and machine learning models.

  • Performance Optimization:

Ensure backend systems are performant, scalable, and reliable under high load.

  • Hands-on Coding:

Actively write, review, and optimize code following best practices.

  • System Architecture:

Contribute to designing modular and scalable backend architecture.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI, product, and DevOps.

  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.

  • Security & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to security standards and data privacy regulations.

Essential Requirements

  • 3–5 years

of hands-on experience in
Python (3.x)

development.

  • Strong experience with
    FastAPI

(or Flask) frameworks.

  • Experience designing and implementing
    RESTful APIs

and
microservices architecture

.

  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (
    PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

) and caching strategies.

  • Familiarity with
    Docker

,
CI/CD pipelines

, and cloud platforms (
AWS, GCP, Azure

).

  • Experience with
    asynchronous programming

and background tasks (
asyncio, Celery

).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Experience integrating
    AI/ML models

into backend systems.

  • Knowledge of
    GraphQL

  • Familiarity with container orchestration (
