Role Description – Python Developer (0–2 Years)

This is a
full-time role
based in
Delhi, India
, but we operate in a
hybrid mode
– half the time in-office, half remote.

As a Python Developer at Vysedeck, you'll work on the
back-end development of AI-driven products
. You will build scalable APIs, integrate AI/ML workflows, manage databases, and ensure robust server-side logic.

Since we're a
lean, fast-paced startup
, you won't just write code — you'll learn how real products are built, deployed, and scaled. This role is designed as a
launchpad for fresh graduates
to gain 10x learning compared to typical entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient Python code.
  • Work on API development, data pipelines, and database integrations.
  • Apply OOP concepts to real-world projects.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the AI/Voice Agent team for back-end integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience
    (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong foundation in
    Python
    and
    Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    .
  • Understanding of
    databases (SQL/NoSQL)
    and basic data structures/algorithms.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django is a plus.
  • Exposure to Git, APIs, or cloud environments is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning.
