Job description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 
Talent Acquisition Specialist
 to manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying needs and sourcing candidates to onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across platforms (job boards, social media, company careers page)
  • Source potential candidates through databases, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with all candidates
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and onboarding formalities
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.) for reporting and process improvement

Key Sills & Competencies:

  • Proven work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, Boolean search, and social platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ATS, MS Office, and recruitment tools

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles (if applicable)
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition (preferably in [Building Materials, UPVC , Paints , Etc.])
  • Start-up or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing
