*Job Title: Platform Tools Engineer
About The Role
We are looking for a
Platform Tools Engineer
with strong experience in
Python
,
API integration
, and
DevOps practices
, particularly within the
Azure ecosystem
. The ideal candidate will have solid communication and coordination skills, and a working knowledge of
microservices architecture*
. You'll play a key role in supporting our on-premises platform tools and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth operations and proactive maintenance.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide ongoing support for on-premises Platform Tools (Orkes, DecisionRules, FormIO, etc).
  • Collaborate with Tool Leads, vendors, and internal Vialto teams to ensure tool reliability and performance.
  • Partner with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team for regular deployments and upgrades.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and perform proactive maintenance to prevent disruptions.
  • Coordinate across teams to support platform tool enhancements and integrations.
  • Update and maintain Azure DevOps Pipelines for Platform Tools

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and tool development.
  • Strong experience with API design and integration.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub for CI/CD and version control.
  • Solid understanding of Azure services and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

*Preferred Qualifications*

  • Experience supporting on-premises infrastructure in enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices and automation strategies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
