We are seeking an HR Executive (Generalist & Operations) to join our HR team and support end-to-end human resources management.

Role Overview

The HR Executive (Generalist & Operations) will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and exit process. The role requires strong recruitment exposure across multiple portals and effective HR operations experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
  • Handle hiring through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.), LinkedIn, and career page.
  • Work on Zoho Recruit, TeamLease software, or other ATS/CRM tools (added advantage).
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
  • Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, experience, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR MIS reports.
  • Support payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity), and vendor coordination.
  • Address employee queries and support grievance redressal.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR policies.
  • Manage exit process including clearance, documentation, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Exposure to manufacturing / environmental industry will be a strong advantage.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA
  • 1–3 years of HR generalist / operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment portals, LinkedIn hiring, and career page management.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit, TeamLease software, or CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication (email & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment to exit).
  • Ability to manage multi-department HR operations in a manufacturing / environmental setup.
  • Immediate joiners in Chennai preferred.
