Job Title HR Executive Fresher Location AmbatturJob Type Full-TimeJob Overview We are looking for a highly motivated HR Executive with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team As an entry-level HR professional you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations employee relations and administrative functions Key Responsibilities 1 Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing candidates screening resumes and scheduling interviews 2 Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires 3 Manage employee records update HR databases and maintain accurate documentation of personnel files 4 Address employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and procedures ensuring clear communication and support 5 Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment 6 Assist in payroll processing attendance tracking and managing leave requests to ensure accurate records 7 Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals 8 Participate in new customer acquisition by identifying opportunities assisting with marketing initiatives and supporting business development efforts Qualifications 1 Master of Business Administration Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 2 Freshers with excellent communication skills both written and verbal 3 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels 4 Basic knowledge of HR functions including recruitment onboarding and employee management 5 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and Google Workspace Preferred Skills 1 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 2 Strong organizational and time management skills 3 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks 4 A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Were seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment employee engagement and other key HR functions while helping drive a positive and productive work environment
