About Us:

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer who can quickly design new websites across various categories (e-commerce, digital services, etc.) with a focus on optimizing for user experience and driving traffic. This role requires strong skills in Figma for prototyping, as well as a foundation in graphic design and digital marketing strategies to help create visually appealing and conversion-optimized websites.

Job Responsibilities:

Web & UI/UX Design:

  • Design user-friendly, visually engaging websites and web applications across different categories (e-commerce, digital services, etc.).
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes on Figma, collaborating closely with developers for seamless implementation.
  • Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs that provide an optimal user experience across devices.

Graphic Design & Branding:

  • Develop graphics, icons, banners, and other visual assets to enhance the brand presence on the web.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, style, and visual identity across all design outputs.

Digital Marketing & SEO Optimization:

  • Work with the digital marketing team to design websites optimised for search engine visibility, conversion, and user engagement.
  • Incorporate SEO and digital marketing best practices in web design, with a focus on user journeys that improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.

User Research & Testing:

  • Conduct user research and analyse data to inform design decisions.
  • Perform usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvements in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of graphic design principles and experience in web graphics and layouts.
  • Knowledge of web optimization techniques, SEO principles, and digital marketing best practices.

Creative & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of website designs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights from data into design improvements.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with efficiency.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing for digital marketing assets.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and other analytics platforms.
