Position: Ui/Ux Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Maintain consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all products.
  • Analyze user behavior and data to improve the overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and tools.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
