About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and versatile UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer to join our new tech team. You will be instrumental in building intuitive, beautiful, and functional web applications and dashboards that transform complex audit data into clear, actionable insights for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications and mobile apps using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Front-End Development: Translate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and functional code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Framework Development: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use using modern frameworks like  and 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our audit and data teams to understand user needs and design solutions that simplify data visualization and reporting.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and live web projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially  and 
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., , ).
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies and how they integrate with the front-end.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
