Roles and responsibilities:

  1. 3-4 years hands-on experience on AWS, ideally SaaS in the cloud

  2. 1-2 years of experience in working with AWS Connect, Lex Bots.

  3. Experience developing solutions with code/scripting language must have Python experience

  4. Experience in building, troubleshooting contact centre solutions and getting hands on.

  5. Experience in creating and configuring AWS resources like VPC, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Athena, Glue, Cloud-Formation, EC2, Lambda, Connect, SNS, etc.

  6. Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following:

a. Designing highly available applications with responsibility for infrastructure robustness, including networking, communications, EC2 and storage

b. Application, server, and/or network security

  1. Working knowledge of popular communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP

  2. Experience in working with creating Contact workflows, Routing Profile, Voice Chat management and Callback Queue management

  3. Good in trouble shooting, debugging and problem solving of AWS environment.

  4. Being experience on Git source controller, and Git workflows.

  5. Good to have knowledge on CRM integration.

Skills Required:

  1. Being able to configure and work with Source control (like Git, bitbucket and so forth)

  2. Have basic knowledge on Scrum and Agile and know the values of continues deployment and delivery.

  3. Being strong in team work and willing to help teammates.

  4. Willing to deep dive on issues in hand and come up with solutions.

  5. Looking for continues improvement and willing to learn and try new technologies.

  6. Being accountable and responsible and hold his/her peers accountable.

  7. Able to read and reverse engineer existing/legacy code in timely manner.

  8. Being able to break down complex task to smaller one.
