Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Customer Handling

  • Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
  • Explain product features, variants, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
  • Conduct test rides and highlight key differentiators of the brand.
  • Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

B. Lead Management

  • Follow up on leads from walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and online sources.
  • Maintain proper records in CRM/DMS.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for hot and warm leads.

C. Documentation & Delivery

  • Assist customers with loan/finance documentation.
  • Coordinate with finance companies, RTO agents, and insurance teams.
  • Ensure smooth delivery process including PDI, accessories fitment, and documentation.

D. Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure customer onboarding, warranty explanation, and service reminders.
  • Follow up for feedback and referral sales.
  • Assist in resolving customer queries, if any.

E. Showroom Operations

  • Maintain updated product knowledge, price lists, color options, and offers.
  • Ensure display bikes are clean and properly presented.
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
