Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Customer Handling
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain product features, variants, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Conduct test rides and highlight key differentiators of the brand.
- Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
B. Lead Management
- Follow up on leads from walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and online sources.
- Maintain proper records in CRM/DMS.
- Conduct follow-up calls for hot and warm leads.
C. Documentation & Delivery
- Assist customers with loan/finance documentation.
- Coordinate with finance companies, RTO agents, and insurance teams.
- Ensure smooth delivery process including PDI, accessories fitment, and documentation.
D. Post-Sales Support
- Ensure customer onboarding, warranty explanation, and service reminders.
- Follow up for feedback and referral sales.
- Assist in resolving customer queries, if any.
E. Showroom Operations
- Maintain updated product knowledge, price lists, color options, and offers.
- Ensure display bikes are clean and properly presented.
- Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
