Job Description:
Follow leads & opportunities, purchase, sourcing, process orders, manage supply chain, respond to enquiries, quotations and support to convert into sales with real time coordination with sales team and day to day routine commercial activities. Customer support, Understand customers needs, and respond effectively

Roles and responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries, send quotations based on discussions with business head and sales engineers.
- Follow quotes sent to customers, write professionally to record all discussions with client, coordinate with team to effectively progress and wrap the orders.
- Source products, purchase, stock and plan as per customer requirements.
- Understanding the customer requirement clearly and process orders
- Maintaining the complete database especially customers nature with all details, visits & phones, through respective sales engineer.
- **Enquiries on India Mart and GeM to be handled & responded effectively.**:

- Negotiate, follow and coordinate with suppliers for smooth supply chain
- Routine commercial activities - incoming mtl, dispatch planning, dispatches, intimation etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
