Telecaller Sales Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller / Tele Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele calling or tele sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and a passion for engaging with customers to promote our products or services. You will be a key part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, providing detailed information about our offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their queries.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer information in the Google Sheets.
- Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to a diverse audience.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve our strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a tele calling, tele sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in both Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
