Job Responsibilities:
Business target achievements
Responsible for overall Project Sales Value & Volume Achievement for Regular / Volume products
Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Project Sales
Customer Management - to be responsible for key Archites Accounts & Presentation
to be conduct Young Architects Meet, Influencers enrollment & Lunch and Learn with Key Architecs
Managing Debtors days as per internal policy
Market Expansion
Understanding market Universe and Monitoring coverage & reach as per Building material segment
Closely working with Projects team for timely specification, followups & Closure of Projects
Tracking CRM Systems for Projects Pipeline
Drive Greenlam Privilege Club- Enrollment & engagement
Team management & People development
Should be Focus on retention method & mentoring team
Maintain the attrion ratio below 10% on every Year
Train & Supervise the team for CRM system and ensure to achive 100% Score on monthly & DMS Implementation
Should be focus on TNI & mentoring the team to participate the planned training
Focus on Values systems of Greenlam Industries ltd and guide team accordingly
Desired Skill Set:
Knowledge of General Trade Sales
Must have handled large sales volume.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, MS Office – (Mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60, ₹81,572.83 per month
