  • Know how to operate Gmail & reply to customer query through E-mail.

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field
  • Experience: 2- 5 years in Outbound Calling / Customer Service
  • Good English communications Skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills
