- Experience in handling customer query & complaints.
- Ability to resolve the customer complaint and give them proper solution.
- Know how to operate Gmail & reply to customer query through E-mail.
- Inbound & Outbound calling
- Review call handling
- Managing Positive & Negative Reviews on Amazon & Flipkart
Desired Candidate
Qualifications & Skills Required: (Females candidates are Preferred)
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field
- Experience: 2- 5 years in Outbound Calling / Customer Service
- Good English communications Skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills
