CS Executive/ Trainee

Qualification
- CS Trainee who has passed Executive or Professional level with good

academic scores.

Role – The candidate must have knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA Regulations to

handle Secretarial functions.

Preparation and Maintenance of Secretarial Records of Companies covering:

 Assisting in preparation of documents related to Board &

General meetings & organizing meetings

 Maintaining statutory registers.

 Undertaking filings – event based and annual

 Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and

advising on the provisions of law

 Liaising with clients, external regulators and advisers, and

auditors

 Undertaking reporting's as per FEMA Regulations

 Undertaking content contribution by way of articles & blogs

 Adapting technology for improving efficiency & execution

standards.
