Preparation and Maintenance of Secretarial Records of Companies covering:

- Assisting in preparation of documents related to Board & General meetings & organizing meetings
- Maintaining statutory registers.
- Undertaking filings - event based and annual
- Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising on the provisions of law
- Liaising with clients, external regulators and advisers, and auditors
- Undertaking reporting’s as per FEMA Regulations
- Undertaking content contribution by way of articles & blogs

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
