Performance Marketing Manager
to scale
paid lead-generation campaigns
for our consulting and legal services portfolio—across domestic and international markets.

Role Overview

As the
Performance Marketing Manager
, you will be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns
across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads
. You will manage the entire performance marketing funnel—from
campaign strategy to creative testing, analytics, and ROI optimization
—to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient leads.

This is a
hands-on role
requiring deep expertise in paid advertising platforms, data-driven decision-making, and continuous experimentation to improve CPL (Cost per Lead) and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    lead generation campaigns
    on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: audience research, targeting, ad creation, A/B testing, and scaling.
  • Optimize campaigns for
    lead quality, cost efficiency, and ROI
    .

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs including
    CTR, CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
    .
  • Set up proper tracking using
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM parameters
    .
  • Build weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work with design/content teams to create
    high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
    .
  • Continuously test ad copies, videos, creatives, and formats across channels.
  • Run
    remarketing campaigns
    to re-engage website visitors and dropped leads.

Search & Display Campaigns

  • Manage
    Google Search & Display Ads
    for service-specific lead funnels.
  • Use keyword research, ad extensions, and negative keyword strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Run
    YouTube ad campaigns
    for brand awareness and lead nurturing.

Budget & ROI Management

  • Own the
    paid marketing budget
    across platforms.
  • Monitor spending vs. performance daily and ensure efficient allocation.
  • Scale winning campaigns while minimizing wastage.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with lead quality and pipeline targets.
  • Coordinate with SEO/content for integrated growth campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of
    hands-on experience in performance marketing
    (B2B services or consulting preferred).
  • Strong expertise in
    Meta Ads (FB & Insta), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads (Search + Display)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integration
    .
  • Strong copy-testing and creative experimentation mindset.
  • Ability to manage budgets of
    ₹25L+ monthly spends
    across channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    and reporting dashboards.
