Responsible for sales generation, working on existing leads, pre-sales work, post-sales, delegating tasks, customer relationship. Creating sales strategies. Taking overall responsibility for ensuring sales growth and revenue generation. Have to visit a client 's place.Responsibilities:

Sales Generation & Pipeline Management:

Responsible for sales generation by actively identifying, researching, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Working on existing leads to nurture, qualify, and convert them into profitable sales.

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through all sales stages.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue quotas.

Pre-Sales Activities:

Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand business challenges and requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure accurate and effective solution positioning during the pre-sales phase.

Post-Sales Management & Customer Relationship:

Oversee post-sales activities, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful implementation where applicable.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Act as a primary point of contact for key client accounts, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.

Team Leadership & Task Delegation:

Delegating tasks to team members (if applicable) and providing guidance to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of sales objectives.

Mentor and coach junior sales professionals, fostering their development and performance.

Sales Strategy & Market Analysis:

Creating sales strategies and executing plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing client relationships, and drive overall sales growth.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Contribute to setting sales targets and forecasting revenue.

Client Engagement & Travel:

Have to visit a client's place regularly to build rapport, conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and manage relationships directly. This role requires frequent travel within the region.

Overall Responsibility:

Taking overall responsibility for ensuring sales growth and revenue generation across assigned territories/accounts.

Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
