Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and guest-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique property. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and supervise staff across departments. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate repair, maintenance, and F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day hotel operations during shift hours.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and delight by handling feedback, requests, and escalations promptly.
  • Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping, front office, F&B, and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor and report any repair and maintenance requirements; coordinate with vendors/technicians.
  • Oversee Food & Beverage operations for quality, service, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports and updates directly to management.
  • Train, motivate, and guide team members for consistent service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hotel management/operations (boutique/luxury segment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and F&B operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Flexible, organised, and detail-oriented.
