Responsibilities

• Record daily purchase and sales transactions (GST & Non-GST).


• Track supplier payments and monitor customer collections.


• Maintain Daily Cash Book and Bank Book.


• Handle expense entries and manage petty cash.


• Assist in preparation of monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.


• Maintain product-wise stock records (Opening, Purchase, Sale, Closing).


• Conduct stock reconciliation and prepare stock reports.


• Monitor low stock levels and report to management.


• Record Debit Notes and Credit Notes.


• Prepare daily Sales & Purchase Summary Reports.


• Generate daily Outstanding Reports (Suppliers & Customers).


• Provide weekly Cash & Bank Position Reports.


• Prepare and submit Monthly MIS Reports.

Salary:
Based on experience and market standards.
