Human Resource Business Partner

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle and collaborate closely with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives. You will play a crucial role in organizational development, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement to support IKS Healths mission and values.
Role & responsibilities
Manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
Attrition management and Retention strategy.
Drive innovative HR solutions across talent management, leadership development, and culture enhancement.
Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Lead employee relations investigations and resolve issues effectively.
Identify and develop talent aligned with organizational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Diversity, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Compensation.
Support recruitment efforts by participating in key interviews.
Act as a culture ambassador for IKS Health.
