Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and confident Manager cum Makeup Artist to manage daily salon operations and deliver professional makeup services to clients. The person should have excellent management, communication, and makeup skills to ensure smooth functioning of the salon and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform professional makeup services for clients for bridal, party, and casual looks.
  • Manage and guide the salon staff in maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
  • Handle client appointments, queries, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain product inventory and ensure availability of makeup and beauty items.
  • Train junior staff on makeup techniques and salon etiquette when required.
  • Coordinate with the management for targets, promotions, and client offers.
  • Ensure a welcoming and premium experience for all clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all salon areas.
  • Prepare daily reports of sales, services, and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Makeup/Beauty/Salon Management.
  • Proven experience as a makeup artist and salon manager or senior beautician.
  • Strong knowledge of makeup products, trends, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must be well-groomed, creative, and passionate about beauty and fashion.
