Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager – Outreach to lead our education-focused community initiatives in rural and tribal areas. In this role, you will oversee diverse outreach programs including vocational and pre-vocational education, career guidance, and school infrastructure support. You'll manage a committed on-ground team, coordinate with local stakeholders, and ensure smooth project delivery with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage education outreach projects from start to finish

Lead and mentor a team of field coordinators and educators

Engage with schools, communities, and government stakeholders

Monitor project progress and report outcomes

Drive grassroots impact in underserved regions

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in project management, preferably in education, social work, or development

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in rural settings and travel locally

Deep commitment to community development and education equity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per year
