About the Job:_**

This is a collaboration between Edujobs Academy and Srimad Rajchandra Skill Development Centre, Dharmapur, Gujrat to improve the employability of the tribal youth by offering them short-term market-linked vocational and soft skills training at no cost.

Position: Trainer
- Organic Farming

Domain: Skill Development

Location : Dharampur, Valsad

**Salary**: Negotiable

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/Masters in Agriculture

Experience: 3 - 5 Years of experience in Organic Farming (Agriculture/Training) or prior experience as an Agronomist and/or Agriculture Field Officer- Keep record of daily class attendance & monitor class progress
- Conduct theory & practice sessions along with field visits
- Submit all reports timely to center head and HO
- communicate timely with center manager and HO
- Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical.
- Ensuring the 100% attendance of the batch- Researching and promoting agricultural strategies to counter the effects of changes in soil, climate, weather, and pest damage.
- Supervise the farmers and crops from time to time.
- Supervise harvesting and proper dispatches as per production

**Requirements**:

- Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
- Able to understand Agricultural soil and crop.
- Good knowledge and experience in organic farming
- Good Knowledge of Agri Commodities.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Ability to manage full cycle training
- Extensive domain knowledge & modern training techniques
