Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role, based in Ranchi. The Supervisor will oversee and manage daily operations at project sites, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and timely project completion. Responsibilities include supervising laborers, monitoring material usage, upholding safety standards, and ensuring quality control. The Supervisor will liaise directly with clients, architects, and design teams to ensure adherence to project plans and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Strong team leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in construction site supervision, safety compliance, and resource management
  • Knowledge of interior renovation practices and quality control standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client coordination
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and project designs
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules and problem-solving on-site
  • Proficiency in using basic digital tools and reporting systems
  • Prior experience in interior design or renovation projects is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
