Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive - Quality & Logistics, located in Ranchi. The selected candidate will oversee and manage quality assurance processes and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Key responsibilities include implementing quality control measures, coordinating supply chain and logistics activities, optimizing inventory management, and auditing processes for continuous improvement. The role involves closely collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Process Audits, and implementing quality control measures
  • Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Coordination, and Inventory Tracking
  • Strong knowledge of Vendor Management and Procurement Processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop operational efficiencies
  • Proficiency in software applications related to quality and logistics management
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory), Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is advantageous
