Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, and coordination with contractors and engineers.

Qualification:

  • Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in Residential Construction Projects (apartments, villas, high-rise buildings)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site civil works and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of work
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety norms at the site
  • Verify measurements, work completion, and material usage
  • Report daily site activities and issues to the Project Manager
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
  • Strong coordination and supervision skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
