To continue on this trajectory, were searching for a Business Analyst to work with our CxO's Officer. The incumbent will support the leadership team by providing valuable business insights and aid business decisions by tracking, monitoring and exploring business KPIs/metrics

Location:

  1. Andheri East, Mumbai

2, South Brigade Road, Bangalore

*Note:

  • This will be a Work From Office role only
  • Candidates will have to undergo a 60 mins SQL Test at the start of the process

Principal Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of processes within the CxOs team and execute initiatives, overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for metric tracking, ensuring accurate and timely insights are available to the leadership
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement through process automation and simplification, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Business Insights and Program Management: Provide key business insights to leadership to drive review and decision making

Skill Set:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and coordinate among multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI tools, Google Sheets and Google Slides is essential.
  • Familiarity with Python is considered a plus, but not mandatory

Education and Experience:

  • BTech with 3+ years of experience, having strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
